The following Refund Policy (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface Millionaires.ai, its affiliates, subsidiaries and successors “including but not limited to “Millionaires.ai, a in association with the use of the Millionaires.ai, websites, (collectively the “Website”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.  
 
THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, ACCESS, PURCHASE & SALE (“TERMS”) TOGETHER WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS (“YOU”) AND US. THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, ANY ORDER YOU PLACE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION, BY TELEPHONE, OR OTHER ACCEPTED METHOD OF PURCHASE AND, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF REFUND POLICY
 
As consideration for any purchase you make on the Websites, you shall pay Millionaires.ai, and or its affiliates, subsidiaries and or assigns, all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. You further consent to completing your payment plans, ecom shortcut membership installments and you have the right to extend your membership access by purchasing additional mentorship, coaching and or other educational products or services offered by Millionaires.ai. If the mailing address you provided us is in the United States, all payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars. If the mailing address you provided us is outside the United States or any of its possessions or territories, all payments will be charged in U.S dollars.
 
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password). You hereby authorize Millionaires.ai to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must have completed the course, and email us within the first 60 days of your enrollment date, including proof that you completed watching every single course video in your membership area, and attended your four mandatory onboarding calls. You must include your completed Shopify store URL link with your request for a refund, as well as 4 Organic Tiktok Creatives. If you request a refund and do not include your course completion proof, and your Shopify Store URL link by the 60th day of enrollment, you will not be granted a refund.
 
If you haven’t completed the course or the required assignments, then you won’t be eligible for the guarantee. We’ll ask for your completed course work and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
